Would like to say how much I am so impressed by your Manger here, Doysha!!! She Has helped me and made me feel so much better, with her work here and a fantastic attitude. I lost a Son last month and 2 more, a Daughter and a Son before that. Her caring and sympathy , kindness needs to be recognized. At my first consultation Transitions Indy, I received an education in how the hair grows. In addition, my consultant, Melissa Green discussed my detailed medical history. This enabled me to understand what treatments would or would not work for me. I felt confident and comfortable in the decision I made to do laser treatments. I signed up on the first day and have not regretted it. I feel like my hair has filled in and my hair is healthier and stronger. I would Transitions Indy to anyone looking to improve or grow their hair. I love the staff, Tori, Berkeley, Maddie, Larissa, and everyone who greet you when you come in the door. They make you feel like you're a part of their family.

After 45 treatments and a year of maintenance, I must say I am more than pleased with the results. My dermatologist had said my receding hairline areas would not grow back hair due to alopecia. Thus, my goal was just to stop the hair loss versus hair growth. I am happy to say the loss has stopped, my hair is thick, and, best of all, I even have some growth back in a few areas! The staff have been incredibly friendly and accommodating when needing to change appointments. My consultant, Melissa, has been thorough, honest, and my best cheerleader throughout this process. Yes, the price is high, but the value of my self-esteem (not to mention the cost of wigs), was worth it for me.

I was reluctant to schedule my consultation because of uncertainty regarding cost & results. I knew there woild be a sales component to the consultation. My consultant outlined the options. They have a tiered system. The more you pay, the better the success rate. The highest level would cost $6,000. When I shared that I couldn't justify the cost, she she recommended one of the lower tiers evven after just telling me it would be as effective. ssaying the procedures aren't cost effective, I think she forgot I was paying attention to the success rates of each option. I did not forget & I am offended anyone would sell a product the company can't truly get behind. I hate sales. I just wanted to be treated like a human being who feels very vulnerable. I am happy for those who have experienced success. Unfortunately, very little regarding my consultation gave me confidence the procedure would be successful unless I picked the Platinum plan. That plan is 6k, so imagine losing that money when you can't afford to. I have seen this in sales for a long time. When I told the consultant I couldn't justify the Platinum plan, she suddenly pushed the lower level plans because they are successful. If that was true, why wouldn't the staff encourage that option early on? Because they are in the business for money. I vulnerably shared my personal situation. I have a daughter with a terminal illness, so we have a lot of out of pocket expenses. When I completed the intake forms, I was clear cost would be a concern. Any concern Melissa had for my needs went out the door when she realized I had doubts about cost. That was the end of the conversation. When Melissa recognized I wasn't signing a contract, our comversation abruptly ended. In an effort to placate me (which failed), she printed off pricing & sent me on my way. The exorbitant prices were clearly displayed on the monitor. Tough to forget those amounts. I wish I had never wasted my time. I lost valuable time away from work resulting in lost wages. Lesson learned. I don't recommend working with this company. I guarantee no one will reach out to do the right thing. Steer clear, or lose your money. ****NOTE - my consultant, Melissa, was very kind & knowledgeable. She doesn't control the price, or sales process.

We always try to tailor the plan to the ultimate best outcome based on your requirements and goals. Hair loss treatments will always get the best results with longer treatment timelines. Hair loss treatment programs for most people, target thickening, reinforcement and an increase in cosmetic impact but if the budget does not allow for this, then dialing back your investment, and perhaps your goal, to target at least getting hair loss under control, is an option for some people.
