Ho fatto l'intervento a dicembre 2024 presso capilclinic,a distanza di 6 mesi i risultati sono ottimi,l'equipe è molto seria e competente ti seguono passo passo ti danno tutte le info pre e dopo intervento sicuramente il secondo intervento che dovrò fare mi rivolgerò ancora a loro!

Ho scelto Capilclinic dopo aver letto varie recensioni positive. Dopo un primo contatto, ho chiesto un preventivo per l'intervento a Milano e a Istanbul, scegliendo alla fine quest'ultima opzione. Il pacchetto include: trasporto con autista da/per aeroporto e clinica, due notti in hotel 4 stelle (con colazione), visita e analisi preliminari, intervento (estrazione ed innesti), visita di controllo con primo lavaggio, kit con shampoo, lozioni e medicine. La clinica è in un edificio moderno, su più piani. Il giorno del mio intervento ero l'unico italiano, insieme a cinque ragazzi francesi. Sebbene non fossi accompagnato da nessuno, non mi sono mai sentito solo, anche grazie alla presenza di un'interprete molto gentile e premurosa. L'intervento non è doloroso (gli unici momenti fastidiosi sono quelli delle punture sulla testa per l'anestesia locale), però non è una "passeggiata": le prime due ore e mezza sono dedicate all'estrazione di bulbi dalla nuca, pertanto si resta stesi a pancia in giù mentre il dottore con un piccolo macchinario procede alla raccolta e le due infermiere predispongono i successivi innesti; poi altre quattro ore (con flebo) a pancia in su, durante le quali, con un dispositivo manuale, il dottore applica i bulbi nelle zone interessate; viene infine applicata una vistosa bendatura per le prime 24 ore. La prima notte non è stata facile, ho dormito pochissimo, sia per la sensazione di "bagnato" (normali emorragie) che per il fatto di non poter appoggiare la testa e dover stare con la schiena inclinata a 30-45 gradi. Il giorno successivo, durante la visita di controllo, mi sono stati rimossi i bendaggi e fatto un primo lavaggio. Tutto è andato da copione e, dopo aver ricevuto tutte le indicazioni (sia oralmente sia su documenti), mi sono preparato al rientro in Italia. Anche nei mesi successivi sono stato seguito online, inviando mensilmente al sempre disponibile Massimiliano le immagini della mia testa e ricevendo risposte e spiegazioni puntuali per ogni mia domanda. Dopo circa 4 mesi ho iniziato ad apprezzare i primi significativi risultati. Oggi, dopo 7 mesi dall'intervento, posso dirmi estremamente soddisfatto, non ho più stempiature e anche in alto stanno continuando a crescere i capelli (come si può vedere dalle mie foto). Ringrazio tutto lo staff per il supporto e la professionalità. Non posso che consigliare Capilclinic!
Translated: I chose Capilclinic after reading several positive reviews. After an initial contact, I asked for a quote for the procedure in Milan and Istanbul, ultimately choosing the latter option. The package includes: transportation with a driver to/from the airport and clinic, two nights in a 4-star hotel (with breakfast), preliminary visit and analysis, procedure (extraction and grafts), check-up visit with first wash, kit with shampoo, lotions and medicines. The clinic is in a modern building, on several floors. On the day of my procedure I was the only Italian, together with five French guys. Although I was not accompanied by anyone, I never felt alone, also thanks to the presence of a very kind and thoughtful interpreter. The procedure is not painful (the only uncomfortable moments are the injections on the head for local anesthesia), but it is not a "walk in the park": the first two and a half hours are dedicated to the extraction of bulbs from the nape of the neck, so you remain lying on your stomach while the doctor uses a small machine to harvest them and the two nurses prepare the subsequent grafts; then another four hours (with an IV) on your stomach, during which, with a manual device, the doctor applies the bulbs to the affected areas; finally, a large bandage is applied for the first 24 hours. The first night was not easy, I slept very little, both because of the "wet" sensation (normal bleeding) and because of not being able to rest my head and having to keep my back tilted at 30-45 degrees. The next day, during the check-up, the bandages were removed and I did a first wash. Everything went according to plan and, after receiving all the instructions (both verbally and in documents), I prepared to return to Italy. I was also followed online in the following months, sending monthly images of my head to the always available Massimiliano and receiving timely answers and explanations for all my questions. After about 4 months I began to appreciate the first significant results. Today, 7 months after the operation, I can say I am extremely satisfied, I no longer have a receding hairline and my hair is continuing to grow on top (as you can see from my photos). I would like to thank all the staff for their support and professionalism. I can only recommend Capilclinic!

La mia esperienza con CapilClinic è stata assolutamente soddisfacente. Dalla pianificazione all'intervento e al post. Mirabile la professionalità di ciascuna delle persone con cui ho avuto a che fare. Massimiliano efficientissimo nel darmi tutte le dritte organizzative per la trasferta ad Istanbul dove ho trovato ad attendermi, grazie ad Haki, il taxi per andare in albergo. Il giorno successivo, di mattina presto, un altro taxi ha condotto me e altri pazienti in clinica, dove a ciascuno è stato assegnata un'interprete. Raffaella, che si è occupata di me, è stata davvero rincuorante e gentile, oltre a tradurre le tante domande che avevo per il Dott. Oguz Kayiran nel colloquio pre-operatorio che ciascuno dei pazienti ha sostenuto. Un particolare elogio all'equipe che per 6/7 ore si è dedicata al mio trapianto, facendomi pesare il meno possibile lo stress dell'intervento e nonostante avessi una brutta tosse. Purtroppo non ricordo il nome del simpaticissimo operatore che ha materialmente eseguito l'estrazione e l'impianto dei bulbi, è "davvero" bravissimo e ha previsto immediatamente il buon esito del mio trapianto, infondendomi tanta fiducia. Grazie di cuore! Dopo l'intervento ho trascorso una notte non proprio serena e così per le successive due settimane ma credo che questo aspetto sia piuttosto soggettivo. Il giorno successivo all'intervento sono stato portato di nuovo in clinica per un controllo e il primo shampoo e quindi trasferito in aeroporto senza alcun intoppo. Massimiliano, al quale mando foto di capelli ogni mese, ha continuato a supportarmi e consigliarmi fino ad oggi. Insomma, non è stata proprio una passeggiata (come talvolta leggo sul trapianto di capelli) ma credo che non avrei potuto avere accompagnatori migliori di quelli della famiglia CapilClinic. Mi sono sottoposto al trapianto perché avevo un forte e visibile diradamento frontale, i risultati a 6 mesi dall'intervento sono documentati dalla foto che pubblico.

Raffaella, who took care of me, was truly heartening and kind, in addition to translating the many questions I had for Dr. Oguz Kayiran in the pre-op interview that each of the patients had. A special praise to the team that dedicated 6/7 hours to my transplant, making me feel as little stress as possible from the surgery and despite having a bad cough. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the very nice operator who actually performed the extraction and implantation of the bulbs, he is "really" very good and immediately predicted the success of my transplant, instilling in me so much confidence. Thank you so much! After the operation I spent a not exactly peaceful night and the same for the following two weeks but I think this aspect is rather subjective. The day after the operation I was taken back to the clinic for a check-up and the first shampoo and then transferred to the airport without any hitches. Massimiliano, to whom I send photos of my hair every month, has continued to support me and advise me up to today. In short, it wasn't exactly a walk in the park (as I sometimes read about hair transplants) but I think I couldn't have had better companions than those of the CapilClinic family. I underwent the transplant because I had a strong and visible thinning of the frontal area, the results 6 months after the operation are documented in the photo I'm publishing.

Operazione fatta marzo 2022, - 3200uf BUTTATI.. - la visita , dopo mie numerose telefonate per farmi vedere volevano farmela pagare. -mai sentiti dopo .. -si era parlato di sconto se il cliente non è contento per un altro intervento ma non è cosi -ritmo di operazioni da fabbrica meglio farsi operare dove gli innesti li mette il dottore e non le inferiere che sono stremate. Per correttezza informo che mi hanno richiamato ma non è previsto rimborso ma un altra operazione.. PECCATO che non ho più UF disponibili. MAGGIO 2025 dopo modifica della mia recensione mi mandano vocale per eliminare la recensione perchè a loro risultano 2 e non 1 .. il DANNO DI IMMAGINE per loro è SUPERIORE al DANNO CLIENTE..e a me 3200UF chi me le restituisce ??????? Per correttezza informo che dopo la mia prima recensione sono stato contattato, niente rimborso ma eventualmente altra operazione .. PECCATO che non ho più UF dopo le 3200 già usate ma male essendo un 2° trapianto. Dato il mio caso andava fatta più attenzione e una valutazione personalizzata. Premetto che con CAPILCLINIC la sede era quella in TURCHIA e non a MILANO.
