Descreverei a minha experiência aqui....a consulta foi no valor de 862 reais....e era p meu filho. Foi feito os exames de sangue e entregue o resultado. Após a consulta de retorno e muita cobrança para entregar o receituário do que fazer, apenas receitou suplementos, sem maiores explicações. Não indicou ou passou NADA para o cabelo. Mesmo vendo nosso desespero, quis vender um tratamento capilar de 3.500 reais como se fosse um valor irrisório. Como se fosse 100 reais. Isso, configura venda casada e É CRIME! Como eu não caí na conversa, ela não fez questão de dar qualquer outra solução. Eu só não mencionei a ela que eu estudo sobre o assunto há 1 ano e queria apenas um direcionamento. Acabei conhecendo no YouTube um tricologista que ensina ABSOLUTAMENTE TUDO sobre queda capilar. E um médico, também, que fala de muitos produtos naturais que auxiliam a reversão da queda. GENTE, NAO VALE A PENA PAGAR 1REAL por essa consulta.Eu me arrependi demais. Pesquisem e procurem um MÉDICO para resolver esse problema. A Alessandra é inacessível, após a consulta, a secretaria demora quase 1 dia para responder as mensagens (exceto se fosse para comprar algo)....muita falta de consideração com o paciente, essa foi a minha percepção e experiência. Mandaram uma mensagem 19h30 de um domingo para confirmar o retorno de uma consulta às 14h30min na segunda-feira e deram 30 minutos para que eu confirmasse a consulta sob pena de cancelamento. Se isso não é má-fé, não sei mais o que pode ser. No fim, por eu estudar há muito tempo, resolvi tratar meu filho. Elaborei uma fórmula de loção capilar e comecei comprar suplementos que seriam mais eficientes. Minha experiência foi horrível e nunca mais quero ouvir falar no nome dessa pessoa, quer só tinha interesse de que eu pagasse valor absurdo em um tratamento que vários profissionais dão de graça na internet. Prova disso é que mesmo pedindo indicações do que passar no cabelo e do que fazer, ela não passou nada, além de alguns suplementos.

After the appointment, the secretary takes almost a day to respond to messages (except if it was to buy something). This is very inconsiderate of the patient, this was my perception and experience. They sent a message at 7:30 pm on a Sunday to confirm the return of an appointment at 2:30 pm on Monday and gave me 30 minutes to confirm the appointment or risk cancellation. If this is not bad faith, I don't know what is. In the end, because I have been studying for a long time, I decided to treat my son. I created a formula for hair lotion and started buying supplements that would be more effective. My experience was horrible and I never want to hear about this person's name again. She was only interested in making me pay an absurd amount for a treatment that many professionals offer for free on the internet. Minha experiência com o Instituto Alessandra Munzfeld foi extremamente frustrante, não apenas pelo elevado investimento financeiro, mas também pelos impactos negativos à minha saúde e pela total falta de compromisso com o bem-estar dos pacientes. Compartilho esse relato para alertar outras pessoas antes que passem pela mesma situação. ⚠️Investimento e Promessas Não Cumpridas Iniciei meu tratamento capilar no Instituto em outubro de 2024, confiando nas promessas feitas pela própria Alessandra Munzfeld, que afirma publicamente em suas redes sociais que com poucos meses de modulação hormonal e terapia neural é possível obter resultados expressivos na queda capilar, na qualidade da pele, na disposição e no bem-estar geral. O valor total investido ultrapassou R$ 14.000,00 - incluindo consultas, procedimentos, produtos e deslocamentos para a clínica. Segui todas as recomendações à risca. ⚠️Condutas Irregulares e Falha na Prestação do Serviço O protocolo de tratamento incluiu abordagens invasivas, como terapia neural e reposição hormonal, procedimentos EXCLUSIVOS para MÉDICOS, mas que foram aplicados sem qualquer supervisão médica. ✔️ Nunca passei por nenhuma avaliação clínica com a biomédica Giulia Costa Santos, mas todas as receitas foram assinadas por ela. A prescrição de hormônios foi feita sem qualquer critério técnico ou avaliação laboratorial, o que gerou graves impactos na minha saúde, causando descompensações hormonais severas. ⚠️Falta de Reavaliação e Interesse Apenas na Venda de Novos Protocolos Desde o início do tratamento, relatei diversas vezes à terapeuta capilar e à biomédica responsável pelas aplicações injetáveis que não estava tendo resultado algum. O tratamento NUNCA foi reavaliado, NENUMA alteração foi feita, e fui orientada a seguir rigorosamente o protocolo inicial, mesmo sem qualquer evidência de melhora. Além disso, fui informada de que só teria um retorno (no contrato são 4 e ela fez apenas 1) com Alessandra Munzfeld após a finalização de todo o protocolo capilar e injetável. Isso demonstra um claro interesse comercial, onde o objetivo final não é a saúde do paciente, mas sim convencê-lo a pagar por novos protocolos, sob a justificativa de que “ainda não deu tempo para o resultado aparecer”. Ou seja, mesmo que não haja qualquer melhora, a única resposta da clínica é que é necessário continuar investindo em novos tratamentos, sem nenhuma reavaliação objetiva para entender o que está funcionando ou não. ⚠️Risco à Saúde e Prescrição Sem Critério Técnico Em um determinado momento, enviei a receita de progesterona e ocitocina, junto com outro composto suplementar contendo medicamentos, para manipulação em uma farmácia de confiança. A própria farmácia se espantou com a dosagem absurdamente alta, muito acima do que é normalmente prescrito por médicos. Nesse momento percebi que HAVIA COISA ERRADA na abordagem clínica. A farmacêutica entrou em contato comigo perguntando se eu tinha certeza de que aquela era a dose correta, pois não era uma dosagem usualmente prescrita dentro da segurança médica. Isso demonstra o nível de irresponsabilidade com o qual o tratamento foi conduzido, sem qualquer cuidado com os impactos na saúde dos pacientes. Conclusão Minha experiência com o Instituto Alessandra Munzfeld foi decepcionante e altamente prejudicial. Além de NÃO obter resultados, fui submetida a práticas que deveriam ser conduzidas exclusivamente por médicos, colocando minha saúde em risco. O investimento não foi justificado, e a forma como o tratamento foi conduzido demonstra total descompromisso com a ética profissional e com a segurança do paciente. Para quem está pensando em fazer um tratamento neste lugar, tenha muito cuidado. Eles estão brincando com sua saúde, sua autoestima e seu problema, sem ter a competência e a expertise necessárias para lidar com as consequências do que oferecem. Se um tratamento não apresenta resultados e ainda gera impactos negativos, ele não pode ser considerado eficaz, muito menos seguro.

The total amount invested exceeded R$14,000.00 - including consultations, procedures, products and travel to the clinic. I followed all the recommendations to the letter. ⚠️Irregular Conduct and Failure to Provide Services The treatment protocol included invasive approaches, such as neural therapy and hormone replacement therapy, procedures EXCLUSIVE to DOCTORS, but which were applied without any medical supervision. ✔️ I never underwent any clinical evaluation with the biomedical scientist Giulia Costa Santos, but all the prescriptions were signed by her. The hormone prescription was made without any technical criteria or laboratory evaluation, which had a serious impact on my health, causing severe hormonal imbalances. ⚠️Lack of Reassessment and Interest Only in Selling New Protocols Since the beginning of the treatment, I told the hair therapist and the biomedical scientist responsible for the injections several times that I was not getting any results. The treatment was NEVER reassessed, NO changes were made, and I was instructed to strictly follow the initial protocol, even without any evidence of improvement. Furthermore, I was informed that I would only have one follow-up (the contract states 4 and she only did 1) with Alessandra Munzfeld after the completion of the entire hair and injection protocol. This demonstrates a clear commercial interest, where the ultimate goal is not the patient's health, but rather to convince them to pay for new protocols, under the justification that “there hasn't been enough time for the results to appear yet”. In other words, even if there is no improvement, the clinic's only response is that it is necessary to continue investing in new treatments, without any objective reassessment to understand what is working or not. ⚠️Health Risk and Prescription Without Technical Criteria At a certain point, I sent the prescription for progesterone and oxytocin, along with another supplemental compound containing medications, to be compounded at a trusted pharmacy. The pharmacy itself was shocked by the absurdly high dosage, far above what is normally prescribed by doctors. At that moment, I realized that SOMETHING WAS WRONG with the clinical approach. The pharmacist contacted me to ask if I was sure that this was the correct dose, since it was not a dosage usually prescribed within medical safety. This demonstrates the level of irresponsibility with which the treatment was conducted, without any care for the impacts on the health of the patients. Conclusion My experience with the Alessandra Munzfeld Institute was disappointing and highly damaging. In addition to NOT obtaining results, I was subjected to practices that should be conducted exclusively by doctors, putting my health at risk. The investment was not justified, and the way the treatment was conducted demonstrates a total lack of commitment to professional ethics and patient safety. For anyone thinking about undergoing treatment at this place, be very careful. They are playing with your health, your self-esteem and your problem, without having the necessary competence and expertise to deal with the consequences of what they offer. If a treatment does not produce results and even generates negative impacts, it cannot be considered effective, much less safe.

Com relação aos atendimentos desde a primeira consulta com a Alessandra e principalmente com as outras profissionais que de fato quem aplica os tratamentos foram divinos, eu tinha o conhecimento de que não era médica e sim biomédicas e farmacêuticas, ao relatar para as meninas que não estava tendo resultados a Alessandra imediatamente entrou em contato e alterou o tratamentos intensificando com a introdução dos injetáveis, Só fiquei chateada pq percebi não deram tanta importância no final do tratamento e não realizaram o encerramento com o retorno da minha avaliação, e ter o diagnóstico de qual relevância a avalia foram os tratamentos. Mais gostei do tratamento e dos atendimentos.
