Väga-väga pettunud. Läksin peanaha uuringule, kuna väga palju langes juukseid välja. Diagnosti käigus selgus, et seni kuni raviga ei alusta, ei saa juuksesibulad õhku ja jätkub välja langemine. Uusi juukseid pmst ei kasvanud ka juurde. Suurest hirmust siis suutsin sinna kliiniku jätta 1050€, millest 50€ sain tagasi, kui ähvardasin tarbijakaitsega. Kodulehel oli teenus soodsama hinnaga kui kohal olles maksin. Kästi maksta enne teenuse saamist. Kui uurisin vahepeal, millal mu 50€ laekub, siis helistati ja väga ebameeldivalt käratati, et ma oodaku rahulikulimalt oma raha, ülekanded võtavad aega. Siseriiklikud maksed ei võta ka eri pankadest kaua aega. Eesti ega inglise keelset teenindust sealt ei saanud ja mina vene keelt ka ei osanud. Ostsin sealt ka kodus kasutamiseks vastavad ampullid jms, igal korral teenindas mind erinev inimene ja igal korral, kui küsisin, et mis moodi kodus neid kasutama peab, vastati erinevalt. Mesoteraapiat teostati ka erinevalt. Olen arvamusel, et see oli elu mõttetuim raha raiskamine. Uurisin teist kliinikut ka, sealt vastati ilma, et mu pähe nähti, et asi imetamises ja see on normaalne. Kui aastaga asi ei taastu, tuleb alles tegelema hakata. Lisaks kõigele teine kliinik ütles, et tööd on teostatud valesti. Mulle tehti mesoteraapiat pea iga nädal, teisest kohast öeldi, et kolme nädala tagant tohib teha, vastasel juhul teraapia traumeerib hoopis peanahka. Seal ühel päeval ka üks meesterahvas protesteeris seal ja ütles, et võtavad raha, aga abi ei saanud. Ise olin rumal, aga seetõttu kirjutan tagasiside, et keegi teine sama rumalat ämbrit ei astuks. Hoiduge sellest kohast!

Out of great fear, I managed to leave the clinic 1050€, of which I got 50€ back when I threatened to call consumer protection. The service was cheaper on the website than I paid when I was there. I was told to pay before receiving the service. When I asked when my 50€ would be received, they called and very unpleasantly shouted that I should wait for my money calmly, transfers take time. Domestic payments also take a long time from different banks. I did not get Estonian or English service there and I did not speak Russian either. I also bought ampoules for home use, etc., each time I was served by a different person and each time when I asked how to use them at home, they answered differently. Mesotherapy was also performed differently. I think it was the most pointless waste of money in my life. I also looked into another clinic, and they answered without even thinking about it that it was due to breastfeeding and that it was normal. If it didn't recover in a year, you need to start working on it. On top of that, the other clinic said that the work had been done incorrectly. I was given mesotherapy almost every week, while another place said that it could be done every three weeks, otherwise the therapy would traumatize the scalp. One day, a man protested there and said that they would take money, but they didn't help. I was stupid myself, but that's why I'm writing a review so that no one else would step into the same stupid trap. Beware of this place!

Развод на деньги, продажа под видом лекарственных средств линии обычных косметических средств, как уже писали выше, агрессивные продажи - еле успеешь отбиться от "набора" средств, которые тебе втюхивают. То, что все-таки убедили купить, не помогло, реакции ноль, результата ноль. Сама потом почитала, посмотрела на составы-никаких рекомендаций по моей проблеме в инструкции не обнаружено, просто уходовые средства, возможно хорошие для здоровой кожи головы, но не для проблемной. Печально, что пользуются тем, что человек пришел с серьезной проблемой и обещают, что средства точно помогут, просто практически гарантируют.... Но это все лукавство и продажи.

It is sad that they take advantage of the fact that a person came with a serious problem and promise that the products will definitely help, they practically guarantee it... But this is all deceit and sales.
