It's been 15 or 20 years since Pam tattooed on my eye liner. I am now within 6 months of being 70 years old. Without the cosmetic tattoos my eyes would disappear completely. The color of the tattoos is still black. The placement is still perfect. No regrets and grateful to Pam for her patience and perseverance. As my eyebrows grow dim, I am considering going back. Life is short, be the best you.

I absolutely loved my that Pam Neighbor did for me years ago 10 I Love her Work people noticed them and I Actually referred Tricia to her but after 10+ years I needed them redone after years totally understandable but I didn’t get Pam I got a lady named Ran I believe and I had to get them done twice they’re still not feathered they don’t even look like they’ve been touched. People have not mentioned one about my eyebrows since they did when Pam did them that’s why people went to her from me. I expected Pam to do them because she does good work, but she was busy. I guess at the time and referred me to her assistant, which still to this day I can’t stand my eyebrows they look like a painted on, will actually have to put liner over them, so you can see him feathered not very happy, especially since I had to go back twice and the second time. Pam was there and told the lady to Feather them more Because I like them thick so at least you can notice that I went to chemotherapies why I had this done years ago with Pam my oncologist recommended her, but I would highly suggest if you have any done have Pam Neighbors do them I wish I could afford to get them done by her again already paid the other lady and I can’t afford him down again and pay again for something I didn’t even like and the lady knew because I called her that Ran I didn’t want her to do them again for the third time not very happy with that situation I shouldn’t have to pay Pam should offer to do My eyebrows I was surprise she didn’t and when I called they still want $300 that’s why I’m changing my review because I hate my eyebrows from Ran but I love them when Pam did them !!!!!! Frances Wammack is my Real name See in the pictures they looked just penciled on and i have to because they to thin don’t even looked Tattooed i was Pam to Redo them so look big and feathered but I’ve already paid twice 🤦🏼‍♀️ Can’t Effort This Time to pay $300

It was great. Pam does a great job with brows. She always checks in during the procedure to make sure you like the results. She wants you to happy when you leave. She is also kind and has a great bed side manner.

She does a phenomenal job. I can't imagine having anyone else do this and I would recommend her wholeheartedly. She is experienced, compassionate and brings a level of skill that is available nowhere else.

I would recommend Pam to anyone who would like permanent eye Liner. She is very good at .her job and very caring about how you're doing while she is applying your Liner. The place is very clean and everyone is very friendly. I walked away very satisfied with my experience and love the way my eyes look. Will be going back to have my brows done next. Today 5/7/24 I went back to Trillium Ink and had my Brows done. Pam is wonderful and I am very satisfied with her work as I said before. She is so caring as to how you are doing while she is working on you. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to enhance their eye liner or brows.
