Have come in several times for injections. I’ve also got to other places. The injector was not up to what I’d usually use. I had bruises and this has only happened 1 other time in 10 years.

I received lip filler from Samantha, and from the start, the process felt rushed and not personalized. The filler used was not appropriate for my lip type — it was clearly a poor match, and the result was immediate migration and uneven. I had specifically asked for a subtle enhancement, but she went ahead and injected the full 1ml without properly consulting me. Things got worse from there. I ended up needing to have the filler dissolved by another professional, which cost more time, money, and emotional stress. When I expressed my concerns to the spa, instead of receiving compassion or accountability, I got a phone call from a supervisor who was incredibly unprofessional — aggressive, dismissive, and cocky in tone. There was no sincere effort to understand or make things right. I expected better from a medical spa, especially one handling cosmetic injectables. Lack of proper consultation, disregard for patient preferences, and zero accountability after the fact is dangerous and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Trouvaille to anyone looking for ethical, safe, or client-centered care.
