Doktor Şule Hanım ile yaklaşık 1 yıl önce kadar tanıştım. Kendisinden saç ekimi hizmeti aldım ve aylık olarak PRP randevularıda yaptırıyorum. Daha önceden farklı bir doktora saç ekimi yaptırmıştım ancak sonucundan pek memnun kalmamıştım. Bu sefer ki ekimim hem çok başarılı oldu ve yoğun dökülme olan bölgem neredeyse tamamen kapandı. İlk ekimim farklı bir yerde en yaygın teknik olan FUE ile yapılmıştı. Fakat Doktor Şule Hanım bana yeni DHI tekniğini çok tavsiye etti ve kesinlikle daha iyi sonuç aldım. Saçlarınız ince telliyse bu yöntemden kesinlikle daha iyi sonuç alıyorsunuz. Daha sık bi ekim yapıldı ve kanal açma sürecindende tamamen kurtuluyorsunuz. Şule hocamın ekibi gayet profesyonel ve son derece titiz, hiçbir problem yaşamadım. Ve hala saçlarıma destek verici PRP seansları için aylık olarak gitmekteyim. I had previously had hair transplantation with a different doctor but I was not very satisfied with the result. This time my transplantation was very successful and the area where I had intense hair loss was almost completely closed. My first transplantation was done in a different place with the most common technique, FUE. However, Doctor Şule Hanım recommended the new DHI technique to me and I definitely got better results. If your hair is thin, you definitely get better results from this method. A more frequent transplant was done and you completely get rid of the channel opening process. My teacher Şule's team is very professional and extremely meticulous, I have not had any problems. And I still go monthly for PRP sessions to support my hair. She is also a dermatology professor and she helped me a lot with the eczema problem in my eyes. If you have skin and hair loss problems, I strongly recommend her.

Şu an bu yorumu gireceğimi düşünemezdim :) İlk gittiğimde altın iğne seansı ile çözebileceğimiz konusunda hemfikirdik. Daha önceden sayısız antibiyotik kullanmış bir hasta olarak, ilaçsız bir tedavi yöntemi istiyordum. Altın iğne bana kesinlikle iyi geldi, ancak Şule Hanım hiçbir zaman cildimle ilgili iyi bir yorum yapmadı ve moralimi bozdu. Ben sivilcelerim azalıyor görüyorum dedikçe bana ilaç teklif etti. Başka ilaçlar da kullanmam ve kronik rahatsızlıklarım sebebiyle kullanamayacağımı bilmesine rağmen her seans ben tedavisini reddeden bir hastaymışım gibi davrandı, bu nedenle de hep tartışır gibi konuşmalar yaptık. Maddi anlamda zorlanarak da olsa bu tedaviyi 1 yıl sürdürdüm ve bu süreçte sivilce patlaması yaşamadım yıllar sonra ilk kez. Son seansıma gidecekken, nakit ödediğimi bilmelerine rağmen, seansa yarim saat kala 2 katı zam haberi verdiler. Bu zam yalnızca 2 gün önce yapılmıştı ve ben randevuyu 1 hafta ÖNCEDEN almıştım. Bilgiyi önceden verselerdi daha önceden geleceğimi, zor durumda olduğumu ve bu parayı öğrenci olarak biriktirdiğimi söylememe rağmen yardımcı olmadılar. Ücretsiz seans hakkımı iptal ederek o seansı gerçekleştirdik, sivilcelerimin durumu çok iyi gidiyordu halbuki, ve sonra maddi sebeplerden devam edemeyeceğim için mecbur antibiyotik yazdık.. Antibiyotigi 4 kutu kullanmam gerekiyor ancak Şule Hanım 2 kutu yazmıştı. Şu an yan etkilerinden dolayı çok zorlanarak antibiyotiği kullanıyorum ve 2. kutunun sonuna doğru haber verdim. Tekrardan ücretli muayene randevusu oluşturmaya çalıştılar. Bir işlem parası kadar bu muayene ücreti... Ben oraya toplamda 10 kere gittim hepsinde yüksek ücretli işlemler yapıldı. Bu tavırlar olmasaydı hala da devam ediyor olurdum. Tekrardan hayal kırıklığına uğradım ve hasta değil müşteri olduğumu anladım. Şule hanım, başarılar size tüm MÜŞTERİLERİNİZLE. Umarım bir doktor olarak küçümsediğiniz hastalığımı da hayatınız boyunca deneyimlemezsiniz.

Although she knew that I could not use it because I used other medications and had chronic illnesses, she treated me like a patient who refused her treatment in every session, so we always talked as if we were arguing. It was very hurtful, especially when I told her about a disease that I had been suffering from for 4 years, which I regularly used medication for. If only everything in life could be solved with external beauty. (Ms. Şule, I hope you read this part and remember what you said..) Although it was financially difficult, I continued this treatment for 1 year and for the first time in years, I did not experience an acne outbreak during this period. When I was going to my last session, even though they knew I paid cash, they informed me half an hour before the session that the price had doubled. This price increase had only been made 2 days ago and I had made the appointment 1 week BEFORE. Even though I told them that if they had given me the information in advance, I would have come earlier, that I was in a difficult situation and that I had saved this money as a student, they did not help. We cancelled my right to a free session and had that session, my acne was going very well, and then we had to prescribe antibiotics because I could not continue due to financial reasons.. I was supposed to use 4 boxes of antibiotics, but Ms. Şule had prescribed 2 boxes. I am currently using the antibiotic with great difficulty due to its side effects and I informed them towards the end of the 2nd box. They tried to set up a paid examination appointment again. This examination fee is as much as a procedure fee... I went there 10 times in total and all of them had high fee procedures. If this attitude had not been there, I would still be continuing. I was disappointed again and realized that I am a customer, not a patient. Ms. Şule, I wish you success with all your CUSTOMERS. Siz; “sizin yüzünüzdeki lezyonları analiz edip, tetkik isteyip o tetkiklere göre ilaç yazmamı” muayene saymıyorsunuz ama o MUAYENE dir. WhatsApp yazışmalarını buraya eklemem kvkk ya aykırı ama defalarca size telefondan yardımcı oldum. 4 kutu ilaç kullanmayı plandık ama 2 kutudan sonra kan değerlerinizle tekrar muayene edeceğim dedim. Siz istiyorsunuz ki devamlı telefondan herşeyimi danışacağım bir doktorum olsun, ilacımı telefondan yazsın. Ama emeğinin karşılığını almasın. Şimdiye kadar size fazlasıyla ücretsiz hizmet sundum, özel durumunuz nedeniyle sizi küçümsemedim tam tersine yardımcı oldum. Ama emeklerimin, yorulmamın karşılığını kendim için değil mesleğine saygımdan almalıyım. Siz yaptığınızın mesleğime ve şahşıma saygısızlık olduğunun bile farkında değilsiniz. Size bugüne kadar çok yardımcı oldum, kliniğe gelip ağladınız, maddi durumum yok dediniz, ben dayanamayıp iyi niyetle size yardımcı oldum onu bile küçümsemek olarak algıladınız. Bugün yine aynı şeyi yaptınız ama kusura bakmayın iyi niyetimi kullandığınızı farkettim. Buraya gelen kişi şifa almak için de gelse bedelini ödemelidir. Bir yere kadar iyilik yaparım. Bugün artık iyilik yapmak değil emeğimin karşılığını almak istedim. Bu hem yasal olarak hem etik olarak gayet de doğru!!!!

Çalışanı tek eline eldiven geçirerek altın iğne sırasında doktora yardımcı oldu. Hayatımda ilk defa tek eli eldivenli yardımcı olan birini gördüm..Bu işler titizlik gerektirir.
