I had a consultation with Flora today and I was so impressed! She took her time to listen about my health, hair history, and concerns. She then used a technical device that took photos of my scalp so she could assess my hair follicles as well as my scalp health. After that, she explained what she found. She took her time to educate me on the process and products she offers that can assist me with my hair goals. I left feeling excited to start my hair and scalp health journey with her!

I am very happy with UHC. They are always so courteous, respectful, and professional, and really know how to treat their customers well. Their office is so well lit, modern, and clean. And they follow all safety protocols. Valerie services me and she is awesome. I am so fortunate to have her. Excellent service here at UHC. I had been on my hair journey solo for quite a while and finally decided I wanted some pro help and I’m glad I came here. Flora is the owner and she is very knowledgeable, skilled, and wasn’t pushy when presenting options to me my first time here. I’ve visited multiple times since and this most recent visit they were able to fit me in same day on a busy Saturday when I needed something corrected which was really great. Probably the main reason I come back is my stylist Albert; friendly, talented, and always leaves me feeling fresh and confident when I leave. Also shout out to Odalys at the front desk who is always friendly and welcoming. Keep up the good work and thanks for always taking care of me!

Most of the staff members are unprofessional starting with the owner. All they care about is the monthly payments and greeting clients who bring them treats (basically, they have favorites). Lastly, find another salon because they hire inexperienced “stylist” who they later train to place hair replacement systems.
