U decembru 2023. godine sam se odlučila za ovu kliniku jer su recenzije i ocjene bile jako dobre, i bila sam prilično sigurna da se radi o dobroj klinici. Također sam ih pronašla na Instagramu i pogledala videe kako profesionalno postupaju s klijentima. Ali sad dolazimo do realnosti. Relativno brzo sam dobila termin. Kada sam stigla na kliniku, došao je jedan turski doktor koji se uopšte nije interesovao za moje probleme niti za ono što mene zanima. Nije me mi razumio jer nije govorio bosanski. Bila je tu jedna prevoditeljica, koja je bila jako ljubazna, ali doktor je bio poprilično neljubazan i nezainteresovan. Za razliku od onoga što pokazuju u videima – da se kosa detaljno pregleda kamerom i slično – kod mene to nije bio slučaj. Doktor mi je pogledao kosu bukvalno dvije minute, možda čak i manje, na brzinu mi nacrtao liniju kose i to je bilo to. Kada sam ga pitala da promijeni liniju kose, nije uopšte htio da posluša, rekao je da ostaje tako i ponovo me poslao van. Naravno, na kraju sam morala platiti i to je bilo sve. Kada je došlo vrijeme za operaciju, bile su tu dvije turske sestre ili doktorice, ne znam tačno. Nisu mi se ni predstavile. Bila sam jako nervozna i imala sam strah, i moram reći da su jedino bosanske sestre koje su prevodile bile zaista brižne – stalno su me pitale da li sam dobro, da li nešto treba. Tokom operacije te dvije turske sestrice ili doktorice su cijelo vrijeme pričale samo međusobno i pustile su neku dramsku seriju, što mi je dodatno pogoršalo stanje. Već sam bila nervozna, i zbog toga nisam mogla da se opustim koliko je bilo potrebno za takvu intervenciju. Tokom operacije je bila jedna pauza kad sam mogla da jedem, a na kraju sam otišla kući. Što se tiče dalje procedure, važno mi je da naglasim da sam prije transplantacije izričito pitala hoću li imati kosu, posebno u prednjem dijelu gdje imam opadanje, i obećano mi je da hoću. Dobila sam i garanciju. Sve je tada zvučalo super. Međutim, skoro godinu dana kasnije, kosa još uvijek izgleda jako loše. Kontaktirala sam kliniku putem WhatsAppa i samo su mi odgovorili da to “izgleda dobro” i da je “doktor zadovoljan”. Kada sam se ponovo javila, do današnjeg dana mi niko više nije odgovorio. Niko mi nije ponudio pomoć – iako nisu ispunili ono što su mi obećali. Uz to sam uzimala sve što su mi rekli – tablete, sprej za kosu, prp– sve sam koristila kako su mi savjetovali. A sada, kada pogledam svoju kosu nakon transplantacije, ne mogu da vjerujem kako loše izgleda. Još jednom: do danas nisam dobila odgovor. Toliko o “profesionalnosti” ove klinike. Žalim što sam ikada otišla tamo i ne preporučujem nikome da ide.
Translated: In December 2023, I decided to go to this clinic because the reviews and ratings were very good, and I was pretty sure that it was a good clinic. I also found them on Instagram and watched videos of how they professionally treat their clients. But now we come to reality. I got an appointment relatively quickly. When I arrived at the clinic, a Turkish doctor came who was not at all interested in my problems or what I was interested in. He did not understand me because he did not speak Bosnian. There was a translator who was very kind, but the doctor was quite rude and uninterested. Unlike what they show in the videos – that the hair is examined in detail with a camera and the like – this was not the case with me. The doctor looked at my hair for literally two minutes, maybe even less, quickly drew my hairline and that was it. When I asked him to change the hairline, he did not want to listen at all, said that it would stay that way and sent me out again. Of course, in the end I had to pay and that was it. When it was time for the surgery, there were two Turkish nurses or doctors, I don't know exactly. They didn't even introduce themselves to me. I was very nervous and scared, and I have to say that only the Bosnian nurses who were translating were really caring – they kept asking me if I was okay, if I needed anything. During the surgery, those two Turkish nurses or doctors talked to each other the whole time and put on some drama series, which made my condition even worse. I was already nervous, and because of that I couldn't relax as much as was necessary for such an intervention. There was one break during the surgery when I could eat, and in the end I went home. As for the rest of the procedure, it's important for me to emphasize that before the transplant I specifically asked if I wanted to have hair, especially in the front part where I have hair loss, and I was promised that I would. I also got a guarantee. Everything sounded great at the time. However, almost a year later, the hair still looks really bad. I contacted the clinic via WhatsApp and they only replied that it “looks good” and that “the doctor is happy”. When I called again, no one has answered me to this day. No one has offered to help me – even though they did not fulfill what they promised me. In addition, I took everything they told me – pills, hair spray, PRP – I used everything as they advised. And now, when I look at my hair after the transplant, I can’t believe how bad it looks. Once again: I have not received a response to this day. So much for the “professionalism” of this clinic. I regret ever going there and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Izuzetno sam zadovoljan svojim iskustvom u ovoj klinici. Od prvog savjetovanja pa sve do postoperativne njege, sve je bilo vrlo profesionalno, precizno i uredno odrađeno. Odmah se vidi da su kvaliteta i pažnja prema detaljima na prvom mjestu. Posebno bih istaknuo da se osoblje stvarno posvećuje pacijentima – i prije operacije, ali i nakon nje. Sve mi je detaljno objašnjeno: što smijem, a što ne smijem raditi, i to ne samo usmeno, nego sam sve dobio i crno na bijelo, što mi je dalo dodatnu sigurnost. Na kraju sam dobio i certifikat s garancijom za obavljeni zahvat, što dodatno ulijeva povjerenje. Iskreno preporučujem ovu kliniku – ovdje ste zaista u stručnim, ali i ljudskim rukama.

It is immediately clear that quality and attention to detail come first. I would like to especially emphasize that the staff really dedicates themselves to the patients – both before and after the operation. Everything was explained to me in detail: what I can and cannot do, and not only verbally, but I also received everything in black and white, which gave me additional security. At the end, I also received a certificate with a guarantee for the procedure performed, which further instills confidence. I sincerely recommend this clinic – here you are truly in professional, but also humane hands.

Danas upravo sam se vratio iz Sarajeva bio sam po drugi put na transplantaciji kose U najboljoj klinici VataMed.Da posjetim naravno prijatelji koji čitaju da sam prezadovoljan,bio sam prvi puta u Turskoj radio i bolje sam zadovoljan sada u Sarajevu nego u Turskoj. Zadovoljan sam i dobio bolje ocjene sad nego prije.Puno bolje osoblje koje radi pogotovo doktorice koje su mi radile,to su predivne osobe maksimalno su radile to je stvarno predobro i prelijepo.Prezadovoljan sam takođe i ostali su samo riječi hvale.Sada sam normalno na odmoru desetak dana tako da ispoštujem sve ono što su mi doktori preporučili da se moram pridržavti kako trebam,želim da se još jednom zahvalim Maliku koji mi je preporučio kliniku VatanMed. I preporuka svima koji žele da urade transplataciju kose da se ne dvoume da odma to urade da iskoriste popuste koje su sada trenutne.
Translated: Today I just came back from Sarajevo, I had a hair transplant for the second time at the best clinic VataMed. To visit of course friends who read that I am very satisfied, I was working in Turkey for the first time and I am more satisfied now in Sarajevo than in Turkey. I am satisfied and got better grades now than before. Much better staff who work, especially the doctors who worked for me, they are wonderful people, they worked as hard as possible, it is really too good and beautiful. I am also very satisfied and only words of praise are left. Now I am normally on vacation for ten days, so I respect everything that the doctors recommended to me that I have to adhere properly, I want to thank Malik once again who recommended the VatanMed clinic to me. And a recommendation to everyone who wants to do a hair transplant not to hesitate to do it right away to take advantage of the discounts that are current now.

Bio sam na presađivanju prije mjesec dana ,za osoblje imam samo dvije riječi "uigrani majstori" ! možda nisam trebao u ljeto ali zato drugu turu odrađujem za 6 mjeseci na zimu. Nije bolno, a komplet zajebanciju bi usporedio s nasađivanjem zuba toliko i košta...kad već uspoređujem ,ako držiš zatvorena usta efekat kose je puno veći :) 10.12.23. Sada je prošlo već 6 mjeseci od presađivanja i gustoća kose je ozbiljna ,navodno raste nova do godine dana a meni je i ovo dovoljno :) idem ovih dana do dr.Hasana da se dogovorimo za potiljak budući sam bio baš čelav pa je ovo pozadi potrebno posebno napraviti. U 2.mjesecu 2024. su mi presadili 3500 korijena i na zadnji dio glave,radio je osobno dr,Hasan.Sada nakon 7 mjeseci mogu reći da se i to odlično primilo tako da mi je cijela glava pokrivena kosom. Ostalo je samo da naiđem u Sarajevo na slikanje. :) 14.05.2025. Potputno zadovoljan rezultatom praktično dvije godine od presađivanja nisam bio kod dr.Hasan na slikanje a ni na ćevape,uvijek neka žurba :/...nego čitam komentare pojedinaca kako im je bilo bolno, skupo i kako dugo traje. Možda malo boli,više bih rekao štipa dok primate anesteziju prvih 10 minuta poslije apsolutno ništa ne osjetite,skupo nije sigurno jer je ovo najjeftinije moguće (nema jeftinije klinike ). Zahvat traje 5-7 sati s pauzama a vaše je samo da ležite,moguće da je to nekima previše. I nemojte udarit tjemenom u strop taxija kao ja.ako ipak udarite vratite se u kliniku sve će vam popraviti u 15 minuta. :)

It's not painful, and I would compare the whole thing to having teeth transplanted and it costs that much... when you compare, if you keep your mouth shut, the hair effect is much greater :) 10.12.23. It's been 6 months since the transplant and the hair density is serious, supposedly new hair grows in up to a year and this is enough for me :) I'm going to Dr. Hasan these days to make an agreement for the back of my head since I was really bald so this needs to be done separately at the back. In February 2024, they transplanted 3500 roots to the back of my head, Dr. Hasan worked personally. Now after 7 months I can say that it was also accepted very well, so my entire head is covered with hair. All that's left is to come to Sarajevo for the photoshoot. :) 05/14/2025. Completely satisfied with the result, practically two years after the transplant I haven't been to Dr. Hasan for the photoshoot or for the kebabs, always in a hurry :/...but I read comments from individuals about how painful it was, expensive and how long it takes. It may hurt a little, I would say more like a pinch while you are receiving anesthesia, the first 10 minutes after that you feel absolutely nothing, expensive is not safe because this is the cheapest possible (there is no cheaper clinic). The procedure lasts 5-7 hours with breaks and all you have to do is lie down, it may be too much for some. And don't hit your head on the ceiling of a taxi like I did. If you do, go back to the clinic, they will fix everything for you in 15 minutes. :)
