I found out about this clinic thru a referral my current Dr. Advised me to get this for issues. The procedure was explained and was given a pamphlet. It was pricey for VOTIVA. But we'll worth it!! My husband notices it for sure. Highly recommend it.

Hace 2 años fui para un procedimiento de vena despues de un embarazo, entregue mis 2 aseguranzas (molina y CA health) me dijeron que debia esperara aprobracion ya que ellos no son proveedores de MOLINA y no sabian si yo podria ser aprobada, pasaron unas 2 -3 semanas y recibi llamada de parte de la oficina que habia sido autorizada asi que se realizo el procediemiento, jamas me dieron un presupuesto o me dejaron saber que yo podia ser responsable del pago. Aproximandamente 10 meses despues me llamaron para decirme que mi aseguranza no pagaria ya que ellos nunca pidideron atorizacion a mi aseguranza principal(MOLINA), hoy recibi una carta que me mandaron a coleccion . Tengan mucho cuidado por que es muy caro el procedimiento y lo realizan con engaños para que despues uno sea el responsable.
Translated: 2 years ago I went in for a vein procedure after pregnancy, I turned in my 2 insurances (Molina and CA Health) they told me I had to wait for approval since they are not MOLINA providers and they didn't know if I could be approved, about 2-3 weeks went by and I received a call from the office that had been authorized so the procedure was performed, they never gave me a quote or let me know that I could be responsible for payment. Approximately 10 months later they called me to tell me that my insurance would not pay since they never requested authorization from my main insurance (Molina), today I received a letter that they sent to collections. Be very careful because the procedure is very expensive and they perform it with deception so that you are later responsible.

I went to this spa, and I regret it! The nurse who did my procedure was Maricela; she was rude and did not explain anything about aftercare to me. And for their high prices, she did NOT meet my expectations. I had to call them multiple times, and she was never available to speak, so I had no alternative but to look on my own for information post-treatment. Without a doubt, she only cared about the money, and not the customer. In short, go somewhere else, DON'T waste your money!! Now, I wish I would have known better.
