Dear Want Hair UK Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I've received throughout my hair transplant journey. From the initial consultation to the ongoing aftercare, the process has been smooth and professionally managed. A special thank you to Ed, Phi, and Dr. Onay for being so responsive and supportive—your clear communication and willingness to address all of my concerns made a potentially daunting process feel much more comfortable. I’m now two months post-transplant, and I’m very pleased to know that the lines of communication with your team remain open for any further queries I may have. That said, I would like to offer one piece of constructive feedback. During the procedure at FKS Clinic, I felt slightly uncomfortable at times when some of the staff members, particularly the ladies present, were speaking in their native language and laughing. It left me unsure whether the laughter was related to me, which felt a bit unprofessional. Of course, I understand it may have simply been light-hearted conversation amongst staff during a long day, but I thought it worth mentioning in case it can help improve patient comfort in the future. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and the level of care I’ve received. I’m excited to see the final results in the coming months. Kind regards, Umer

Though it is too early to see the results of the hair transplant, I am going on what I can review, which is the team that helped me in deciding (Logan), the surgeons on the day in Manchester and the aftercare up to this point 3 weeks later (again Logan with Becky too) and I am very satisfied in all aspects. The hair procedure itself was unmitigated torture, but it is removing thousands of hair one at a time and then placing them back into my head again one at a time. So a little leeway should be given for this. But I felt comfortable and safe, and the aftercare, though it is absolutely gruelling for 2 weeks, I was in daily contact with Logan and Becky who checked with daily pictures, answered my endless questions and offered great support. If you feel like you need to put yourself through this, then I would certainly recommend this team
