Incredibly disappointed with the complete lack of service offered. My company has not received a single submitted refund for the entirety of 2024 so far! I have reached out via chat bot on the platform- no reply at all. Same with reaching out to sales emails and customer service emails provided by what clinic on the platform. This platform is a complete scam. I honestly don’t even think people work here anymore. As a service provider I must caution other providers and say DO NOT USE WHATCLINIC. And as for you, what clinic if you are in fact real PLEASE SEND THE REFUNDS THAT MY TEAM HAS BEEN REQUESTING FOR MONTHS. I’d also suggest you reconsider your business practices because frankly, this service is abysmal and I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted.

Apsolute waste of time, complete scam. tried 3 times to write a review about a clinic where the operation went completetly wrong. Choose this clinic bases on what clinic reviews. Horrible experience. Only got as far a verification call. They won't post negative reviews regardless of how you write it. they would rather stay on good terms with the clinics.
