I recently went to Wig Allure because Iām suffering from androgenic alopecia and the crown of my head is nearly bald. Mel greeted me with a smile and asked what I was looking for. She brought me out a number of hairpieces, both synthetic and natural hair pieces. She helped me choose the perfect color and length hairpiece. Mel made the whole experience very simple, easy and I wasnāt embarrassed at all. My baldness makes me so unhappy and self conscious and Mel made me comfortable and made my appointment a stress free one. Once I picked up the hairpiece, Mel helped me with the vision for my āhairā. She made natural bangs for me, trimmed the bottom so it would be even and taught me how to attach my hairpiece. I just adore Mel! After meeting the owner, Nancy, I got a bit more insight into the business and appreciated what it takes to help each and every client pick something perfect for them. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to the owner and ladies at Wig Allure. Iām sure Iāll be purchasing from them again. Iām thoroughly impressed and pleased with my experience and, of course, my hairpiece!
