I had a Hair Transplant at the Birmingham Clinic on 22/04/25. I met Adam from the Bristol Clinic initially who supported me in making the decision to go with Wimpole, specially the Birmingham clinic. Dr Thomas and the team were fantastic on the day. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the day and were happy to answer any questions. I really felt looked after the whole day which does help with the natural nervousness of having something like this done. Highly recommend Wimpole in general due to their highly accredited team, but specially their Birmingham Team who were great. It’s only a day post transplant, but I am confident in the work they have done and the expected results.

The reason I chose to go with Wimpole was due to Mihir, at the initial consultation he has a calm and honest approach, and talks through the options of hair treatment routes. I had a hair transplant and was a smooth and seamless experience Dr Thomas was great, whose experience was clear to see. He organised the op and days plan of action really well! The integral part of this whole day is the team which was Eva, Amanda and Maria Ann, they were amazing and couldn't sing their praises enough for their professionalism in such intricate work. They were brilliant throughout the whole operation in communication and keeping me informed of progress. The aftercare is the most important thing and it’s delivered and executed very well!

I've had the best experience I could of ever wished for having a hair transplant at this place. From start to finish on the day was outstanding! Once you do your consultant they give you advice and don't have the 'pushy approach' Dr Thomas and his team was absolutely stream less even the bits I was very nervous about they treated me with respect and always explained what was going on to make me feel at ease. I wouldn't say I've been in any pain yet and it is literally pain free , obviously having the injections are uncomfortable but they reassured me all the way. DONT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE I'm now on day 2 recovery and there are lots of questions you have while recovering but you always know they are a phone call away. They email, text or call you every day telling you to what to expect and how to treat your transplant. 100% recommended you would be stupid to go anywhere else
