Given they still haven't even responded to my enquiry sent via their own website almost two weeks ago, it's not a good first impression for a potential new customer. I guess they don't need the business?.

My daughter order a hair topper after suffering hair loss , we paid £1000 . Took months to arrive then the colour was not correct. Multiple emails and messages sent including requesting the brand of hair ( we tried to cut our losses by selling it) the clinic refused to give us this information. Saught legal advice as a last resort.

I recently completed a training course in smp, something I've wanted to do for a while, I traveled almost 2hrs each way over 3 days due to reputation and the results I had seen online and I wasnt disappointed, in fact it was much better than I expected. Hayley put me at ease from the offset we discussed the process of the training and she made sure I understood everything before moving on. Models were provided for me to practice on and I got a true insight into how this service could elevate my business. I'm confident and ready to add this service to my shop. Beware . I went for consultation for cnc back in early feb/ march this year waited months and months leaving £2500 deposit with them .and now just recently discovered that I was scammed out of more money charged me nearly £5 k for the price of a full head system which is the maximum as it starts from £2k Finally when it was fitted had problems with it from the onset . They refitted it twice second time even worse as it was wonky with hair more uneven at one side after cutting it and was NOT sitting flat still!! said it was normal and would settle but never did. Ended up going to CR lab specialist elsewhere, where i eventually discovered that I needed a smaller system and that’s why it was not sitting properly and flat . Even after having it redone by specialists ( who by the way restyled it perfectly) it still is not fitted to my head although stuck more strong around sides. I now have to have a new system reordered in the correct size from elsewhere while still wearing the current one which doesn’t sit properly. Wasted £4900 and iam devastated ! Now they took the money they don’t want to know and failed to realise the issues from the start . I’ve been scammed out of a lot of money by this place and don’t advice anyone to buy cnc from here unprofessional and don’t seem to know anything about cnc except taking your money off you ! Also they ignore you after they took all your money and don’t want to face up to their mistakes and lies . Absolutely applauling !

I'm absolutely disgusted with the way hayley is treating me like a piece of garbage twice she hasn't ordered the hair piece length of hair which she knew from measurements from initial consultation long long hair but has to order shorter length then cuts my hair to the length that she's ordered no clients preferences not at all bothered about clients wishes im very very upset with the way I'm getting treated extremely unprofessional of hayley. jess is more trustworthy and a pleasant person, she's quick to take large amounts of money but no real effort as to clients wishes very strange behaviour from her.also getting me to pay her cash large amount of money deposit £900 for new hair piece secretly upstairs in the salon room so jess doesn't see and again when final payment was due she wanted me to give it upstairs £900 i found that .very suspicious.this would make anyone wonder what's going on for all i know she could of pocketed half the money looks that way hayley your not trustworthy..please update your skills on how to look after your clients.i should of been careful and more aware of you after the red flags signs were coming from you it took 9 months for my hair piece to come back lies after lies after lies no hair replacement place takes that long for a hair system piece to come all fits in place now just after my money robbed the living day lights out of me 2 hair pieces not the length that i wanted .rubbish customer service absolutely appalling you've been so cruel nasty and mean to me when taking my hair piece off you would pull it harshly and was hurting me ,didnt care if i was in pain also putting cuts in the hair piece so the hair doesn'tlast long .you was only nice when you got money out of me then changed your tune I hope nobody else goes through what I went through with you.all fake I've seen the real you I'm not stupid. i would like a refund of £1800 .so I can go elsewhere and get a new hair system. nobody tried to contact me scamming company untrained staff can't get hair measurements correct.after the way hayley was treating me I didn't feel comfortable around her and asked for jess number so jess would be my hairdresser hayley refused many times to give it to me time after time continuously being horrible to me would never come back to your Clinic ever again.I WAS A VICTIM OF ABUSE BY HAYLEY JENNINGS.Also hayley talked me into buying the cheaper version of cnc hair system the replica which is cheap and nasty thick thick hair system after getting it fitted it started coming off after 2 weeks and stopped my hair from growing underneath what a waste of money. PUBLIC BEWARE

Absolutely can’t recommend Hayley , jess and the team enough , i have been going to the hair clinic for 3 years now they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else … thank you for always making me hair look amazing Hayley jess x
