Robert Haber

Robert Haber, MD is a Board Certified Dermatologist specializing in Hair Restoration Surgery. He is a Clinical Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and faculty member of University Hospitals of Cleveland. Dr. Haber has co-authored two textbooks in the field of hair restoration surgery: “Hair Replacement- Surgical and Medical” in 1996, and “Hair Transplantation” in 2006, which quickly became the best selling hair transplant textbook in the world. He has authored twelve textbook chapters, 28 original reports, and has presented over 250 papers at meetings throughout the world. Dr. Haber has served as President of the ISHRS, as Co-Editor of the Hair Transplant Forum International, and was honored as a winner of the Golden Follicle Award in 2009 and the Manfred Lucas Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023. He has also served as World Congress Program Chairman, and as Chair or Committee Member of over a dozen ISHRS committees. Other honors include the first Award of Excellence by the ISHRS, Surgeon of the Month by the Hair Transplant Forum International, and several achievement awards by the Italian Society of Hair Surgery. Dr. Haber has lectured about his surgical techniques nationally in Washington, DC, Nashville, Dallas, New York, Chicago, New Orleans, San Francisco, Las Vegas, San Diego, Boston, and Orlando, and internationally in Canada, Italy, Spain, Australia, Germany, France, Mexico, Switzerland, England, India, and Turkey.
