6/5 stars. Dr Arora is an exceptional and phenomenal doctor who possesses great knowledge about his field. He is a humble and polite individual with fantastic bedside manner. He successfully diagnosed and treated myself, my family, and my 6 month old baby with ease. Highly recc for adults or pediatric population. Thank you for your services Best Wishes Dr Channa

Great experience with Dr. Aurora but the practice just lost me as a patient. The front desk/administrative/billing staff are the absolute WORST! Checking in for an appointment in October 2024 I received bills for August and September. I asked why the bills had not been provided prior to my October visit and was told “I’m not sure” . In November a prescription was processed that I had not completed prior bloodwork/testing for nor was I interested in receiving which is why I had not proceeded with the bloodwork. On January 10th 2025 I received a call to confirm my appointment on January 13, with no mention of new policies. When I arrived for my appointment I was given new policies to sign and one of them included having a credit card a file. The staff acted as if my appointment would be canceled had I not signed the authorization and provide a card at that moment. So I provided card information, on January 16th I received a charge with no bill or explanation. I called the office on January 17th inquiring about the charge and Julia said she has no idea what I was charged for and the billing department charged me and I should call them. Why would I need to call the billing department that isn’t located in the office where I see the doctor and where I provided my card information. I asked to speak to Practice Manager and/or speak to Dr. Aurora (the owner of the practice) and Julia explicitly denied my request. I don’t know what kind of shady billing practices are going on but I will not continue to patronize a business that thinks it’s acceptable to bill someone without any prior notice or a breakdown of charges.
