I waited six months before giving this review. I waited because I was in doubt, I was not believing what I saw online but I was desperate. I found Janelle and had a consult with her. She explained everything and put me at ease. As time went on I couldn’t not believe my eyes. My little bald patches were healing and growing after years of shedding, breaking and balding spots, I have finally found a cure. I have been getting compliments about my hair left at right. I can’t believe my eyes and everyone who knew of my hair issues are saying the same thing. Now my sister is going to Janelle and she took her bestie. We are all seeing Janelle and couldn’t be happier. I now just go in for maintenance, but she’s always there for me when I need the support. Janelle is knowledgeable and very supportive in all things hair. Thank you Janelle. I’m sorry I ever doubted!! I’m telling everyone now!!

My experience with Janelle was amazing. Her attention to detail and compassion for me with what my hair loss concerns were was unmatched. She listened to my every concern and prescribed a customized plan to help me on my hair restoration journey. Besides the health care plan my scalp facial experience was the best spa treatment I have ever had. Now being a few months out from initial treatment, the baby hairs coming in around my face are more than ever and there is no denying her plan for me is working.
