From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere speaks for itself: elegant, spotless, modern, and incredibly professional. It feels more like a luxury spa than just a salon. The team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from start to finish. Anna T. (also known as “Anna #2”) was the stylist who worked with me today — and she was phenomenal. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were beyond anything I could have expected. She made sure every step of the process was done with precision and care. Her calm energy and expertise made the entire experience feel easy, relaxing, and VIP. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Daniel at the front desk. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional — even checking in to make sure I found the location okay and letting me know when my stylist was ready. It’s the little touches like that which show this team really values your time and experience. And Ali, who originally scheduled my appointment, was equally thoughtful. He made the whole process smooth and even sent me a confirmation text message ahead of time, which I appreciated so much. It shows how well this team is organized and how committed they are to customer service. Everyone here — from scheduling to service to check-in — was exceptional. They exceeded every expectation and made me feel like I was in the best hands. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in Houston with my hair piece service. Highly, highly recommend this place — they’ve set a new standard for what true professionalism and care look like.

I have had great repeat experiences at Ricky Knowles Hair and Wellness this year. The staff is personable and professional. Appointments assure you can get in and out efficiently. I felt confident that my fittings were accurate and that the products I chose would meet my needs, and they do. They offer a wide variety of options. The personal advice and instruction on how to more easily put on and care for compression garments are invaluable. You can't get that online, nor can you be sure you will get a quality product that fits you, and that will need your medical needs. If you must wear them, be sure they're right from the start. Kristen is wonderful and compassionate. The office is comfortable, with spacious private rooms. Complimentary nice chocolates and drinks are a nice touch. This business offers the best possible experience.

Kristen and her team are the most caring group of individuals in the Medical Garment Industry. They go above & beyond to make sure the correct garment at the proper size is ordered.When the garments are received they make sure it fits properly and does the job as intended.

They do not offer services for African Americans purposely. You will not find a single black staff member here as well. THAT IS PATHETIC! SOMEONE SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS SITUATION AS WE ARE!
